Refunds
The short version: for interactive tools, if you have not started a session you get your money back. For SOP Procedures, if the result is not what you needed, you have 7 days to get your money back.
Interactive tools, before you start
Bought a practice or interview tool and changed your mind? If you have not started your first session, email us and we will refund you in full. No form, no explanation needed.
Interactive tools, after a session has run
Once you have run a session, the document is yours and the purchase is final. A session under five minutes does not count toward your total, and if a call drops on our end it costs you nothing.
SOP Procedures
If the procedures we generate from your documents are not what you needed, email us within 7 days of delivery and we will refund you in full. Files we could not read (scans or images) are never counted or charged.
If the tool is broken
If it does not do what this site says it does, that is not a refund question. It is ours to fix. Email us and we will sort it out.
Timing
Interactive-tool sessions are good for 90 days from purchase. Refunds go back to the card you paid with, usually within five to ten business days depending on your bank.
