Refunds
The short version: if you have not started a session, you get your money back. If you have, the work is already delivered, so you do not.
Before you start
Bought a tool and changed your mind? If you have not started your first session, email us and we will refund you in full. No form, no explanation needed.
After a session has run
Once you have run a session, the document is yours and the purchase is final.
Sessions that do not count against you
A session under five minutes does not count toward your three. If a call drops or something goes wrong on our end, it costs you nothing.
If the tool is broken
If it does not do what this site says it does, that is not a refund question. It is ours to fix. Email us and we will sort it out.
Timing
Your sessions are good for 90 days from purchase. Refunds go back to the card you paid with, usually within five to ten business days depending on your bank.
